Heno (Tonight) is a Welsh–language magazine show made for S4C and is broadcast live at 7pm Monday – Friday.

It features topical stories and events from all over Wales and beyond, studio chat, live performances and lifestyle content.

After over 25 years on screen, Heno remains one of S4C’s most watched programmes with its popular mix of in-studio presenting and outside live broadcasting, showcasing Wales and its people to a worldwide audience.

Prynhawn Da (Good Afternoon) is a Welsh-language daytime magazine programme featuring cookery, fashion, style and beauty, home and garden, health and other similar lifestyle segments.

Regular experts contribute on various topics of interest and studio guests are included to provide real life stories, ranging from the light hearted to serious issues.

The show airs live on weekdays at 2pm on S4C.
